We recognise the growing gap in preparation for adulthood, and the rising anxiety this creates for young people and their families.
We also understand that many young people are not accessing the right support, or are currently out of education altogether — leaving them particularly vulnerable to this gap.
Too often, essential life skills and real-world experiences are not accessible — leaving many feeling unprepared, unsupported, and unsure of what comes next.
In response, we have already partnered with local organisations to provide meaningful, practical support where it is currently lacking.
Through real-life environments and community-based opportunities, young people are supported to develop independence, build confidence, and gain essential life skills that reflect everyday living.
By working alongside organisations and services already supporting children and adults with additional needs, we are able to offer experiences that go beyond theory — helping to bridge the gap between education and adulthood in a way that feels realistic, supported, and achievable.
Preparation for adulthood should be something young people experience — not something they’re left to face alone.
