Navigating the SEND system can feel overwhelming, particularly when you are trying to understand your child’s rights while fighting to secure the support they need.

Through our partnership with Level Up SEND Consultancy, Bridgepoint provides specialist SEND advocacy and practical support for parents and carers, combining SEND law knowledge, professional training and extensive lived experience of navigating complex education, health and social care systems.

Families can access support with EHCPs, annual reviews, Section F provision, exclusions, alternative provision, EOTAS, Local Authority complaints and escalation, NHS complaints and healthcare advocacy, challenging decisions, preparing evidence and understanding their child’s rights.

We are developing both one-to-one advocacy appointments and parent support groups, giving families a supportive space to understand their options, work through complex situations and build confidence advocating for their child.

As Bridgepoint and Level Up grow, our aim is to develop a wider trained advocacy team so that more families can access knowledgeable, approachable and affordable support when they need it.
